  1. Notice of 2015 Annual Meeting

    Event Starts: October 07, 2015


    We are pleased to advise the Annual Meeting is to be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, present information on current Association affairs and elect one (1) officer for the Board of Directors.

    Attached for your convenience is a candidate form should you be interested in serving on the Board and a proxy which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. It is very important that you assign your proxy if you cannot attend. The meeting cannot be held unless a quorum is present, either in person or by proxy.

      Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
      Location: Smith Elementary School
      1750 Iron Gate Blvd.
      Forney, TX 75126

Dear Windmill Farms Community,

Please download and complete the volunteer form that will need to be completed if it is your desire to participate in the Windmill Farms Committees. For additional information, and also to express interest in the committee, please fill out the volunteer form and send it to info@essexhoa.com. By making contact with the HOA, they will forward further details regarding times, dates, and locations of the committee meeting. Below are the details regarding the first committee meeting. At this meeting we will gather volunteers and elect chairs of the new committees. We will also have KCSO attending, to give further information regarding assistance and training available to new volunteers for those who are interested in being a part of the Crime Watch Committee.
