  1. Rescheduled Meeting Update Reminder

    As the Managing Agent for Windmill Farms Homeowners’ Association, Inc., we want to inform you that due to the forecast of inclement weather by different media outlets the In Person Annual Meeting of the Members has been Rescheduled, for Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Please Note, even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy, as unforeseen circumstances may occur which prevent you from being able to attend. The In Person Annual Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If a meeting must be reconvened to a later date, the Association will incur additional costs. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board, or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.

    We look forward to you joining us for the Rescheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, at 6:00pm. Proxies may also be returned by mail to 1512 Crescent Dr. Suite 112 Carrollton, TX 75006 or e-mail to gabi@essexhoa.com.
