Your HOA

The Windmill Farms Homeowner’s Association exists to give community homeowners a communal basis to preserve, maintain, and enhance their individual homes and the community property. The association exists to provide:

• * Administration, maintenance and enhancement of the community.
• 
   * Establishment of a system of property rights, binding covenants and  
•    restrictions, and rules and regulations.
• 
   * Governance and business of the community.
• 
   * To help establish a sense of community.

We ask you to serve as community volunteers. We need you to help shape the quality and cohesiveness of Windmill Farms by participating on various committees and with recreational activities.

About Homeowner Dues: You automatically share the ownership of common properties. Your dues, along with the dues of other homeowners in Windmill Farms, provide for the maintenance, water and electricity of the common areas. Dues also provide for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the community's landscaping and master-private improvements.

Annual Dues: $495 per year
