In an effort to make the ACC Process easier, you will now be able to submit your form via the portal on your homeowner website. If you need it done right away, there is an option to expedite your request for a fee. If you have questions please email acc@essexhoa.com.
When do I need to submit an ACC? If you’re repairing, replacing, changing, removing or adding something to your Lot or the Exterior of your home. Did you know that per your governing documents almost everything, even if it’s not permanent, needs HOA ACC Approval? NO MORE PRINTING AND SUBMITTING PAPER FORMS! Just follow the link on the home page to submit your ACC and upload the supporting documentation.
