One-Time Special Assessment

This is a courtesy reminder in regards to the one-time special assessment. The $79.00 assessment will be due no later than September 5th. For your convenience, we have provided the mailing address and online payment instructions below.

To pay online please go to https://payments.atgpay.com. New users will need to register. After verifying your account, please search for your Association and your 7-digit account number. ATG Pay allows you to view your account ledger before submitting payment.
You can also pay online at https://propertypay.cit.com/. One-time payments are available, registration is not required. You can pay by e-check at no cost to you. Payments may also be made by credit card however; you will incur an additional fee of approximately $15.00 for selecting this payment method. When making a payment online you will need to enter Management Company ID #3136, Association ID #150, and your 7-digit account number. Please keep this information handy for future payments as well.
