Call for Candidates

As managing agent of Windmill Farms Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that an Annual Election Meeting of the Members will soon be scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association. This notice is to provide Class A Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors the opportunity to submit a Candidacy form.
If you would like to nominate yourself or another Class A Member as a candidate, please complete the enclosed form and return it using one of the methods below. Floor nominations and write-in candidates will not be accepted during the meeting. Therefore, to have your name placed on the ballot, it is very important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before the following deadline: Monday, November 14, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.

Shortly after the November 14th, 2022 deadline date, a meeting notice packet will be sent to all residents containing information about the meeting location, date, and time. Please be sure you are registered on your Association’s website at www.windmillfarmshoa.com to cast your vote electronically. An electronic vote counts for quorum which must be met to hold the Annual Election Meeting. If you have any questions, please visit your website and submit your questions or inquiries under the “Contact Us” tab and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
