Important Pool Access 2023

Effective Summer 2023, the new Smartphone Pool Entry System for Windmill Farms Homeowners Association, Inc., will be activated. Please take a moment to review the instructions enclosed in this notice to install Smartphone Access on your mobile device for the upcoming Summer and going forward. Please note: All rental properties’ occupants must go through their landlord or leasing company to receive pool access.
To make certain you receive information regarding pool maintenance, please register on the Association’s website at www.windmillfarmshoa.com. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please submit them via the “Contact Us” tab on the Association website and an Essex Association Management representative will respond promptly.
