Sundown Venture Lots Hearing

We have heard and understand the concern that some in the community have expressed regarding maintenance of certain portions of the land it did not own, however, until the court case was settled, and the Association knew of the outcome, the maintenance of these parcels continued to ensure the areas were accessible and maintained in good condition for the use and enjoyment of the owners. With the settlement now complete on behalf of the Association, the maintenance of these areas has ceased, and Sundown Ventures is solely responsible for maintaining the property.

To all homeowners that would like or be available to attend the JP1 court for the issue of the tall weeds and grass on the property in Windmill Farms that is private owned by Sundown Ventures LLC/ Freberia, the proceedings are as follows, September 14th, at 1:30pm
