Common Area Fence Repair/Shared Fencing/ Tree Debris Clean Up

As the managing agent for Windmill Farms HOA, we want to thank you for your patience as we continue to work through all the matters concerning the damage that was caused by last week’s inclement weather/storms. Unfortunately, Windmill Farms was one of the communities that was greatly affected in your area. Over the last week the Essex Management Team along with a team of vendors have continued working diligently on assessing the damage to the common area fencing and common area landscaping/trees debris. We are now recompiling all the reports to ensure repairs commence as soon as possible. The landscaping/clean up vendor has commenced their job in certain areas and will continue until finished. Again, we ask for your patience while we work on all the areas that have been affected.

Note: We would also like to inform you about shared fencing. When replacing damaged shared fencing it is the equal responsibility of both homeowners to replace it. The responsibility includes the cost and upkeep of the fence.
