Property Inspections

Each phase is inspected weekly for violations: mow/edge, weeds in flower beds,damaged fences, having a boat, recreational vehicle, or a trailer in the driveway, inoperable vehicles without proper inspection and registrations and trash cans in clear view.

The address is noted and letters are sent to the residents according to the Texas State Property Code. The first letter is a courtesy letter giving the resident enough time to resolve the issue. The second letter is a violation letter stating each time the violation was noted and how long the resident has before further action is taken. The third letter may result in a fine to the Homeowner’s account until the violation is remedied. In some cases this is daily and in others it is weekly.
